Dr. Barry Milligan, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Milligan graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2002 and has been practicing in British Columbia since. He is interested in animal welfare, having published twenty-two peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in the area. Recent achievements include chairing the development of the first-ever Canadian Code of Practice for Salmon and teaching fish medicine at the University of British Columbia. He enjoys kayaking and scuba diving in his spare time.
